An individual session will last up to 30 mins and a group session approximately one hour. Groups are run on a rolling basis so smokers can join the group at any stage.
One-to-one and group sessions are relaxed and informal with support from trained stop smoking advisors. Advisers support smokers during and after their quit attempt and will give advice on the use of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and other stop smoking products such as Champix and Zyban.
