Workbased learning can provide hands on experience and the opportunity to gain accredited qualifications through work experience, volunteering or a paid job.
The family of Apprenticeships provide the chance to gain a salary while you learn, gaining accredited qualifications up to degree level in some sectors. As an apprentice you will work alongside experienced colleagues, learning from them on the job to gain job-specific skills.
