This service enables customers to create Email & Universal Job Match accounts with tuition in basic computing skills including an introduction to our On-line Basics course which uses interactive learning modules.
Through 1-2-1 or group support SLIC provide tuition in basic use of computer/ keyboard/mouse thus increasing confidence in IT use and support in creating and maintaining email & Universal Jobmatch accounts.
As an accredited City & Guilds Centre we offer the opportunity to complete our City & Guilds Level 3 Accredited award in Online Basics.
We offer 1-2-1 IT support to jobseekers with help given in building CVs, completing online job applications and online job searches.
