Working in partnership with others to access training and opportunities. More focused employability training delivered as required. Training and Learning opportunities. Adult Literacy and numeracy classes across the region.
• Offer advice and support on training and employment opportunities to people with physical, learning disabilities, people recovering from mental ill health, who have an acquired brain injury or a long term health condition.
• Working in partnership with others to access training and opportunities. More focused employability training delivered as required.
• Training and Learning opportunities. Adult Literacy and numeracy classes.
• Support to access training programmes at levels ready to enter the job market. Providing a diverse range of safe, sustainable work experience opportunities throughout the region.
• Support offered through a number initiatives including 1-1 support with people to identify and tackle barriers in a person-centered way.
• Support might include: - writing a CV, searching for jobs, completing job application forms, arranging some work experience or work tasters, interview skills and accompanying you to an interview.
