DG Training offer a wide range of courses to meet legislative requirements in Scottish Licensing, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Childcare and Health and Social Care.
Highly experienced in the customer service and hospitality industries, our trainers are aware of the high standards expected by today’s customers and how properly trained staff can help businesses achieve these expectations. We offer practical courses in Customer Service and Hospitality Service Skills, all of which can be tailored to suit the specific needs of the company or individual. We also deliver Train the Trainer courses giving you the necessary skills to deliver effective, in-house training to your staff.
DG Training also have certificated online courses in Health and Safety, Food Safety, Childcare, Health and Social Care and Business Skills. These courses enable you to carry out the learning in your own time and at your own pace.
Many of our courses can be fully-funded using ITA Funding.
Specific Covid 19 Support
Following advice from the Government and our awarding bodies, SQA and REHIS, and for the safety of clients, ourselves and our families, we have decided to postpone all face-to-face training courses for the foreseeable future.
Anyone who has had a confirmed ITA funding assignment can be assured that this is valid for a period of 1 year, so will be able to use funding for courses later in the year.
We can still offer our full range of online courses.
