Better Lives Partnership's (BLP) flagship Bridge to Employment Project (B2E) gives autistic young people a structured programme of person-centered support and accredited training in their area of interest and expertise, work related skills to prepare them for their next steps towards employment, self-employment, education, training or volunteering. Operating in Castle Douglas, Stranraer and Dumfries we welcome young people from across the region.
In addition to our B2E Projects in Castle Douglas and Stranraer we also offer the Bridge to Business Programme (B2B). This has been developed to facilitate and support some of our entrepreneurial young people who have the skills and expertise to start up and run their own business. B2B currently operates from our base in Castle Douglas.
Specific Covid 19 Support
Following the Government Guidelines our B2E Programme is closed. We keep in touch with our young people via an online portal updated daily with activities, tasks and giving the opportunity to 'keep in touch' with friends and staff. Stay home, Protect our NHS and Save Lives.
