Youth Work Dumfries & Galloway - Update
In response to the Cornavirus Pandemic, and following Public Health advice in regard to reducing social contact, all Youth Work
DG Services will be closing with effect from 19th March.
However Youth Work DG will now provide a full Online and Digital Youth Work Service for young people starting 19th March which means you can access Youth Work Services online or on the telephone from comfort of your home.
We have a range of activities and services that we will be bringing to you including:
A Dedicated Youth Phone Line that you can call to have a blether with a youth worker
One to One Low Level Mental Health Support
Online Group Work including STEM, Music, Arts and issue based groups
Tutorials- Learn a new skill or find out how to improve on something
Training- Online training courses run by youth workers
Gaming- Online gaming tournaments for young people to safely game with other young people in D&G
Daily Challenges - Challenges that you can do in your own home and play against other younG people in D&G
We will keep you all up to date via our social media channels as this programme is fully launched over the next few days.
