The aims of this on
line programme are:
•To introduce clients to the Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Industry in Scotland
•To provide inspirational online vocational and interpersonal skills training
•To deliver three vocational qualifications, Food Safety Level 2, Licensing & Social Responsibility Scotland and Health & Safety Level 2
• To secure employment
The programme includes:
Interactive online training modules covering: Coffee, Customer Service, Guest Service, The Waiter, The Receptionist, Service that
Sells and many more.
Webinars covering: Confidence & Assertiveness, CV Development, Interview Skills, Transferable Skills & Personal Safety at Work
Work experience will be considered when guidelines allow.
Start date: 25 th October 2021 for 3 weeks
